Accessories

This accessory complements Sigma aluminum profiles with finishing, operating, movement, and positioning functions. End caps protect open profile ends; profile and glass seals insert panels into the slot or cover unused slots. Hinges, handles, locks, and magnet sets form movable or lockable doors and flaps. Slide rails, slot sliding sets, and accordion sliding pins are available for sliding and folding movements. Plexiglas brackets, cable holders, hanger sets, adjustable arms, and parallel fittings solve additional assembly tasks on enclosures, frames, and workstations.

Base feet and foot connectors create an adjustable or floor-mounted base; casters make matching frames mobile. Gas springs and hardware support flaps depending on stroke, installation length, and spring force. Drilling jigs perform machining on the intended profile cross-sections. The crucial factor is always the matching with the existing item profile: profile dimensions, t-slot size, mounting thread, and installation position must fit together. For doors, the type of movement, opening angle, and hinge side must also be checked; for feet and casters, load capacity, floor conditions, diameter, and, if applicable, a brake are what matter. Seals and retainers are selected based on the t-slot and the thickness of the panel element. This allows accessories to be selected specifically by function without prematurely equating different product series.
