You have the right at any time to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients, and the purpose of data processing, as well as a right to correction, blocking, or deletion of this data.

Data collection on our websites

Cookies

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer by your browser at the request of a website and can subsequently be read again by the same website. This allows a web server to associate multiple page requests with the same session. This is an absolute prerequisite for any kind of interactive functionality (e.g., a shopping cart).

Technically necessary cookies are used to ensure that the shopping cart, checkout, and security functions work reliably. Google marketing technologies are only loaded once you have explicitly given your consent via the consent banner. Without this consent, no Google marketing tags are loaded.

An overview of the deployed technologies and their storage duration can be found in our Cookie Policy. You can change or revoke your selection at any time via „Cookie Settings“ in the footer.

Server log files

The provider of our websites automatically saves information in so-called server log files, which your browser transmits:

  • Anonymized IP address
  • Date and time of the page view
  • Browser type and browser version
  • Operating system used
  • Referrer URL (the previously visited page)
  • Request status and transferred data volume

The collection of log files is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR) to identify potential attacks on the server and to ensure reliable operation of the website. Log files are deleted no later than 9 weeks Irrevocably deleted.

Contact Form & Inquiries

If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the form, including the contact data you provided there, will be stored by us. This is done to carry out pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. b GDPR) in order to process the inquiry.

Required information (e.g., name, email address, and inquiry text) is marked accordingly. Your data will be stored until the inquiry has been processed or legal retention obligations apply.

Google Ads & Enhanced Conversions

Google for WooCommerce and Google Ads

We use Google for WooCommerce to submit our product catalog to the Google Merchant Center. In addition, with your explicit consent, Google Ads can measure page views, product interactions, and completed orders, attribute ad interactions, build target audiences, and deliver personalized ads. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

Processing is based solely on your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR and, insofar as information is stored on or accessed from your terminal device, pursuant to § 25 (1) TDDDG. Before you give your consent, the external Google tag will not be loaded.

During an order, contact data provided by you at checkout—in particular email address, phone number, name, and address components—may be normalized and transmitted to Google, partially hashed using SHA-256, for enhanced conversions and conversion-based customer lists. Google can match this pseudonymized data with existing Google accounts to attribute orders to ad interactions, improve conversion measurement and bid optimization, and create target audiences and customer lists for personalized advertising. Hashing does not automatically render personal data anonymous.

This may involve the creation of a profile regarding your use of our shop and your interaction with advertising. Google technologies and the transmission of checkout data are only activated if you have consented to the „Marketing“ category. A rejection has no effect on the use of the shop or the completion of an order.

A transfer to third countries, in particular the USA, cannot be excluded. Further information on processing by Google can be found in the Google Privacy Policy .

You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. The legality of the processing carried out up to the revocation remains unaffected.
