Delivery
Shipping and delivery time
If the goods are available, the delivery time is usually about one week. This information describes the standard procedure. The delivery time specified for your order remains decisive.
Procurement from the central warehouse: If a product first needs to be ordered or restocked from our central warehouse, the delivery time may be extended. As soon as we are aware of a different delivery date, we will inform you.
Packaging & Shipping
For deliveries within Germany, we charge a flat rate of 12.00 euros for packaging and shipping, including statutory value-added tax, for order values under 50.00 euros. For order values of 50.00 euros and above, delivery within Germany is free of shipping charges.
For the shipping cost threshold, the value of the goods shown in the shopping cart after deduction of granted discounts is decisive. The incurred costs are displayed in the shopping cart and at checkout before submission of the binding order.
The shipping method depends on the dimensions, weight, and nature of the goods. Items that can be shipped as parcels are sent via a parcel service, while long goods as well as heavy or bulky goods may be shipped by freight carrier. Deliveries outside of Germany are made only by prior arrangement.
Goods receipt and transport damage
Please check the shipment for externally visible damage upon delivery and, if possible, have this documented by the carrier. Your statutory rights regarding defects are not restricted hereby.

Returns only within the legal or agreed framework
Consumer
Consumers generally have the statutory right of withdrawal described below for distance contracts, unless a statutory exclusion applies.
Entrepreneurs and business customers
Entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB) are not entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal for consumers. The return of faultless goods shall take place exclusively upon prior explicit written agreement. Without such an agreement, there is no entitlement to a return.
No voluntary return commitment
Beyond statutory rights, we do not grant a general voluntary right of return or exchange. Unannounced returns do not establish any claim to acceptance or refund.
Important exclusion
No right of withdrawal for custom-made goods
The right of withdrawal does not apply, inter alia, to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual choice or specification by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (Section 312g (2) No. 1 of the German Civil Code [BGB]).

- custom bores, machining, or configurations
- components made specifically to your specifications or clearly personalized
Important: The mere procurement of an unaltered standard item from the central warehouse does not exclude the statutory right of withdrawal.
Right of withdrawal
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. In the case of a single order that is delivered in multiple partial shipments, the period begins upon receipt of the last good, partial shipment, or piece.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the model withdrawal form provided below for this purpose, but it is not mandatory. You can also exercise your right of withdrawal via the electronic function „Cancel contract“ practice on this page.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your cancellation.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your revocation of this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. For goods that, due to their nature, cannot be returned normally by post, the direct costs for returns within Germany are estimated at a maximum of approximately 450 euros per shipment, depending on length, weight, pickup location, and the required carrier.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion: The right of withdrawal does not apply to the custom cuts, processings, configurations, and productions described above, provided that the statutory requirements of Section 312g (2) No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB) are met.
